Change of Credit Card on Refund

Problem Summary
I requested Refund for a Total Defense Consumer product. However, my Credit card / Debit card is now: changed / canceled / blocked / not in use.
Problem Resolution

When an Order gets charged to a Debit/Credit Card which is now: changed / canceled / blocked / not in use, please note the following:

·         Total Defense will process the refund to the original card.

·         The customer needs to contact his/her Debit/Credit Card Company to get the refund on the valid Card Card/Bank Account.
